weekend bits

Friday hung out at the trailer with Clay, Lindsay, Daniel, Joseph and Harold. We ate dinner and then went to Handel’s for dessert. It felt like we were in high school cruising around in Dorris. We had fun compiling a list of immature HS shenanigans we could engage in—toilet paper Colin’s, make dry ice bombs, ghost ride the whip, buy one small coke and ask for five large waters at a drive through window, ETC.

Saturday had breakfast with my parents and sent a job application. Ran errands with Clay and ended up buying a dress and top. It is awesome having a boyfriend that enjoys shopping with me and can even pick things out for me to try. In the evening we went to the Christmas pot-luck at Ben Hur’s Auto Body Shop and stuffed ourselves silly. The “Powers that Beer…..Jacosalem!” and it was smashing! What a success!

Sunday will go down in history (as the day Kim Jong Il died) and as the day I shared my secrets. By the grace of God I have been set free and have taken one more step in relinquishing control of my life.
